We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on Tubolito products purchased from another online or local retailer.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange products purchased through this site during the 10 days following date of shipment and obtain a refund of purchase price paid excluding shipping and handling charges. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify us within 10 days of shipment. In order to return a product, you must contact us for a Return Form. Products must be returned in the original packaging, unopened, unused, and uninstalled. Be sure to return all material and components from the original packing. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Damage and missing part(s) restocking fees may apply. The customer is responsible for and must prepay all shipping and handling charges for the return shipment and you assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to Tubolito. The customer must ship the product insured and prepaid. Refunds won't be made for product damaged during shipping. If you return product without a Return Form, beyond the Return Form validity period of 10 days, or without proper packaging, Tubolito retains the right to either refuse delivery or charge you a restocking fee. Please allow up to 4 weeks to see a credit your credit card account.  Sorry, we cannot process refunds on Tubolito products purchased from another Tubolito retailer.
