Our office processes orders Monday through Friday from sunny southern California, excluding observed US Holidays. Orders typically ship 3-5 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday process the following week. If there should be any unforeseen delay in shipment or if a product is out of stock we will notify you via email. Orders are shipped via US Postal Priority only. Due to our third party fulfillment process, we are unable to Expedite orders. Shipping prices cover US Postal fees in addition to shipping materials and handling.
